Mr. A Roshid, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that nothing further remains in the instant writ petition, inasmuch as, the case which has been filed against the petitioners, the final report has already been submitted on 30.11.2023 holding inter alia, that no criminal case has been made out against the petitioners.
2. Taking into account the above, nothing further remains to be adjudicated upon in the instant writ petition and the same stands closed.
3. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
