The Petitioners have approached this Court for grant of regular bail in connection with Argora P.S. Case No. 242/2025(N), registered for the offence under Sections 21(b)/22(b)/29 of NDPS Act. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case merely on the basis of suspicion and have committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He further submits that petitioners are in jail custody since 08.11.2025; as such, the petitioners may be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the Petitioners and submits that there are specific allegations against the petitioners. 5. Having regard to the gravity of the offence and the allegation made against these petitioners, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail, at this stage.
