The applicant has filed the present application seeking condonation of delay in preferring the present application, setting aside of the abatement and permission to bring the legal heirs of Respondent No. 1 on record. 2. There is a delay of 480 days. It is stated that Respondent No. 1 died on 22.01.2024 and that the learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 informed the appellant about the death of Respondent No. 1 on 11.08.2026. Considering the reasons stated in the application, the delay of 480 days is condoned. The abatement is set aside. 4. Issue notice to the proposed legal representatives of Respondent No. 1. 5.
