(Oral) Prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents to: (i) release the family pension and all consequential retiral benefits of Late Sh. Kalu Ram, who served as a Lineman with PSPCL; (ii) recognize the Petitioner and her children as the legal heirs/dependents of the deceased employee; and (iii) decide the legal notice dated 14.10.2025 (Annexure P-6) and consider the documents submitted vide letter dated 09.02.2026 (Annexure P-8). Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars by attaching all true typed copies of the annexures in double spacing in the prescribed font.
