This revisional application seeks expeditious disposal of Title Suit No. 466 of 2016 pending before the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Uluberia. 2. It is submitted by the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners that an application under Order I Rule 8 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 filed on behalf of the plaintiffs is also pending. 3. In view of the nature of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, direction for prior service of notice along with a copy of the revisional application on the opposite parties is not being made, however, the petitioners shall remain obliged to serve a copy of the revisional application along with a copy of this order upon the opposite parties within a week from date. 4. Having heard the learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners and having perused 2 the material-on-record, this revisional application is disposed of by requesting the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), 1st Court at Uluberia to dispose of the application of the petitioner under Order I Rule 8 of the Code as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. Thereafter the learned Trial Court is requested to dispose of Title Suit No. 466 of 2016 as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of one year from the date of disposal of the application of the petitioner under Order I Rule 8 of the Code without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties. 5. C.O. 1232 of 2026 stands disposed of. No costs. 6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
