Heard Sri Harinath Reddy Soma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chandra Sekhar, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for the respondents 1 to 3.
The notice in respect of the 4th respondent is dispensed with since no adverse order has been passed affecting the right or interest of the 4th respondent. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent is not considering the representation dated 12.08.2026 (Ex.P5). 3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner owns Ac.0.78 cents in Sy.No.104/4, Chintharajupalli Village, Vontimitta Mandal, YSR Kadapa District. The petitioner purchased the property through a registered sale deed document No.43/2007 dated 19.02.2007. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the 4th respondent
converted the agricultural lands into plots and laid a road by closing the flowing channel adjacent to the fields of the petitioner. The petitioner made a representation dated 12.08.2026 (Ex.P5) before the 3rd respondent. However, the 3rd respondent has not considered the same.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions of the 3rd respondent, would submit that there is no water channel as pleaded by the petitioner. He would further submit that the 3rd respondent will pass appropriate orders on the representation dated 12.08.2026 (Ex.P5) made by the petitioner.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of, at the stage of admission, with the consent of the learned counsel appearing on either side, directing the respondents to pass appropriate order by considering the representation dated 12.08.2026 (Ex.P5) made by the petitioner, strictly as per the Rules, if necessary, by issuing notice to all the parties concerned. There shall be no
order as to costs. As a sequel, pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
