This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 223 in respect of Special (POCSO) Case No.15/2026 pending in the court of the learned Special Judge, Nagaon. The victim has not been examined till now. Let the Trial Court examine the victim as well as the informant first. After examination of the victim girl and the informant, the petitioner shall produce their evidence. The petitioner shall have the liberty to approach this Court again for seeking bail.
