The instant application has been filed by the Applicants seeking leave of this Court to be arrayed as Respondents to the accompanying writ petition. 3. Taking into account the subject matter of the accompanying writ petition wherein notice has been issued by the Respondent State upon the Petitioner for eviction from the Government lands covered by Dag Nos. 675, 677, 678 and 679 on the ground that these lands are grazing lands, this Court is of the opinion that the Applicants herein have no locus standi to claim that they should be arrayed as parties to the accompanying writ petition.
