1. Mr. Nag, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing for the opposite parties submit that the revisional application has become infructuous. The same is directed against an order dated March 13, 2026 passed by the learned District Judge-in-Charge, Alipore in P.P. Appeal No. 10 of 2026, on the opposite parties’ application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908.
2. It is submitted that P.P. Appeal No. 10 of 2026 itself has been withdrawn. A copy of the order dated March 31, 2026 passed in P.P. Appeal No. 10 of 2026 has been handed up to Court to demonstrate the same, which is taken on record.
3. Since P.P. Appeal No. 10 of 2026 has itself been withdrawn, the present revisional application which has been filed against an interlocutory order passed
2 in such appeal has become infructuous.
4. CO 1082 of 2026 accordingly stands disposed of as having become infructuous.
5. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties subject to compliance with all requisite formalities.
