Parties present before this Lok Adalat submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties on the condition that the appellant is to pay Rs. 36,38,000/-(Rupees Thirty six lakhs and thirty eight thousand ) only to the respondent No.1. The payment shall be made through Registrar General, High Court of Manipur within 45 days from today. The Learned counsel of the appellant also submitted that he will inform the respondent No.1 as and when the payment is ready within the said stipulated time. Both the parties thus, prayed for disposal of the present case.
