On 12.12.2025, this Court granted time to counsel for the applicant to file the affidavit in support of the instant bail application, and it is stated that the said affidavit has not been filed by him till date, but considering the fact that the applicant is in jail since 31.05.2025, hence, this Court proceeds to hear the matter finally and disposed of the same with the consent of the parties. 2. The applicant has preferred this First Bail Application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 for grant of regular bail, as he has been arrested in connection with RAJSHEKHAR SONI Digitally signed by RAJSHEKHAR SONI 2 Crime No. 78/2025, registered at Police Station – Saragaon, District – Janjgir-Champa (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 75(1)(i), 296 and 331(4) of the BNS. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the trial is already fixed for delivery of it’s judgment and the same is at the verge of it’s conclusion. 4. In view of the submissions raised by learned counsel for the applicant, the instant bail application is dismissed on this ground alone. 5.
