Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 16.06.2025 in connection with Dhanbad P.S. Case No. 210 of 2025, registered under Sections 80 and 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, now pending in the court of learned JM 1st Class, Dhanbad. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that wife of the petitioner had committed suicide. He has also submitted that there was love marriage between the petitioner and the victim and it appears that the marriage was not acceptable to the family. 4. Learned counsel for the opposite party- state, on the other hand, has opposed the prayer and has submitted that within a short span of marriage, the victim was found dead in her matrimonial house and the petitioner is the husband. 5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the serious nature of allegation against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and hence, this bail application is rejected. 6.
