This anticipatory bail application under Section 482 and 484 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023, has been preferred by these petitioners apprehending their arrest for offences registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 386, 387, 353 and 120-B of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj in connection with Sahibganj (M) PS case No. 12 of 2022. 3. The petitioners’ earlier anticipatory bail applications being ABA No. 6293 of 2024 with ABA No. 6386 of 2024 dated 08.05.2025 were rejected. The petitioners without their counter-part challenged the order of rejection before any higher Court nor surrendered. 4.
