This writ petition is of the year 2023. This matter came up for the first time before this Court on 03.03.2026. On that day, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioners. Hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption for 'dismissal' today i.e. on 04.03.2026. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioners. 3.
