This civil miscellaneous petition has been filed to condone the delay of 16 days in filing the above writ appeal. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that R4 & R6 are not the main contesting respondents, therefore he wants to give up the said respondents from the array of parties. The said submission is recorded. Accordingly, R4 & R6 are removed from the array of parties. 3.
