2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that R4 & R6 are not the main contesting respondents, therefore he wants to give up the said respondents from the array of parties. The said submission is recorded. Accordingly, R4 & R6 are removed from the array of parties.

4. Since the delay is 16 days, having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay is condoned.
