Mr. Rishab Ranghar, learned counsel for the applicant. 2. Applicant is present before this Court. 3. Learned counsel for the applicants has apprised to this Court that the respondent/husband was informed through Whatsapp, E-mail as well as through the Counsel appearing before the learned Trial Court, and even the office report indicates that service is properly affected on the respondent/husband but no one put appearance on his behalf. 4. This petition is moved by the applicant – Ashna Bhandari, the wife and on behalf of the minor child, for expeditious disposal of the Criminal Case No.367 of 2025, “Ashna Bhandari and another Vs. Major Rudra Kunwar Chetri” pending in the court of learned Additional Principal Judge-I, Family Court, Dehradun under Section 144 of BNSS, 2023. 5. The applicant is present in Court since she was called for amicable settlement but unfortunately respondent/husband is not present despite the service, therefore, in such an eventuality when the applicant is facing an acute financial hardship and looking after the minor child of six years, the Additional Principal Judge –I, Family Court, Dehradun, is directed to expedite the proceedings on priority basis, keeping in mind that the applicants have no source of income, and she is facing the financial hardships, and she has a burden to look after her minor son. 6. This Court hope and trust that the proceedings will be expedited positively within two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 7.
