The present miscellaneous application has been filed seeking correction of the order dated 27.02.2026, wherein, due to an inadvertent typographical error, in Para No.7, second line, the date [2026:RJ-JP:24241] (2 of 2) [WMAP-288/2026] of the order has been mentioned as “12.10.2022” instead of “12.10.2023”. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant further submits that in the third line of Para No. 7, “Order I” has been mentioned inadvertently instead of “Order 11”. He, therefore, prays that the aforesaid errors may be corrected accordingly. 3. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and perused the material available on record. 4. Considering the submissions made and upon perusal of the record, it is evident that the impugned order, which was set aside, was dated 12.10.2023 and was passed under “Order 11”, and not under “Order I”. 5. Accordingly, this Court deems it appropriate to direct that in Para No. 7 of the order dated 27.02.2026, in the second line, the date “12.10.2022” shall be read as “12.10.2023”, and in the third line, “Order I” shall be read as “Order 11”. 6. This order shall form an integral part of the original order dated 27.02.2026. 7. With the above observations, the present misc. application is disposed of. (BIPIN GUPTA),J Sudha/138
