Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the subject matter involved in the present case relate to alleged recovery of 21 Kgs. of Ganja from the joint possession of the petitioner and two others.
Learned advocate for the State opposes the prayer for bail. Records reflect that the petitioner is in custody for 140 days.
In view of the quantum of seizure and the period of detention, I direct the learned Special Court to release the petitioner on bail after the charge sheet is submitted before the learned Special Court.

With the aforesaid directions CRM (NDPS) 481 of 2026 is disposed of.
