Grievance of the petitioner is to relieve her in pursuance of transfer order dated 30.6.20206 as she was transferred from the current place i.e. Bank of India, Gondia Branch to Bank of India, Nagpur. It is her grievance that despite the order being issued on 30.3.2026, she has not been relieved. 3. What could be gathered by the petitioner is that since there is no reliever to assume the charge of her post in Gondia, the transfer order is not implemented. 4. On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the transfer order, we find that there is no reliever placed to substitute the petitioner who is working at Gondia Branch. 5. Though we may find some justification, if we call upon the Bank of India to respond the justification, somebody will have to 2 10 wp7204.26.odt be placed in her post. As the transfer order is issued and the petitioner is not relieved, it is the responsibility of the Bank to appoint a substitute to take over the charge so that the transfer order dated 30.6.2026 transferring her from Gondia to Nagpur shall be implemented. 6. We, therefore, direct the Bank of India to take steps for expeditious relieving of the petitioner by making alternative arrangement as it is more than six months that the petitioner has remained stagnated despite the transfer order being issued in her favour. 7.
