The petitioner submits that the service rendered by her as B.T.Assistant (Time Scale) in the Panchayat Union Middle School from 01.06.2006 to 11.02.2008 and her subsequent appointment as B.T.Assistant in Government High School are within the same cadre, governed by the same qualifications, pay scale and nature of duties. However, her past service has been excluded for pay fixation and service benefits. 3. The petitioner would submit that she was already drawing a time scale of pay of Rs.5500-175-9000, pursuant to G.O.(Ms) No.99, School Education Department, dated 27.06.2006, and therefore, the last pay drawn ought to have been protected at the time of her appointment in the Government High School. The petitioner would further submit that her representations dated 10.12.2008 and 30.10.2025 were rejected mechanically, despite the authorities admitting her prior service. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner’s representation has not been considered, the respondents are directed to consider the petitioner’s representation dated 30.10.2025 and pass orders on the basis of G.O.(Ms) No.99, School Education Department, dated 27.06.2006, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
