Sharma, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents/State and has placed on record communication dated 12.05.2026 along with office order dated 11.05.2026, wherein, it has been stated that in compliance to the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No.20325/2025, titled as Ranjeet Singh vs. State of H.P. and Anr., the case of the petitioner has been considered and decided by the Deputy Director Elementary Education Hamirpur, District Hamirpur being cadre controlling authority for the said category vide Office Order dated 11.05.2026. 1 Whether the reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgement? 2 ( 2026:HHC:17351 ) 2. Therefore, in view of the above, as the judgment under reference has been duly complied with, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt petition and accordingly, the same is closed and disposed of.
