Learned counsel for the petitioner submit that petitioner has been dismissed from the service on the basis of enquiry report submitted by the enquiry officer. Against the order of dismissal, petitioner has submitted an appeal before the appellate authority which also has been dismissed and thereafter, the petitioner has submitted a representation before the Director General of Police on 11.02.2026 which is pending consideration, therefore, direction be issued to Revisional Authorities/Director General of Police to consider and take decision on the representation filed by him at the earliest within a specific time frame. 3. Counsel for the State submits that in view of the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner, he is having no objection. 3 4. On due consideration of the submission of learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to consider and take decision on the representation submitted by the petitioner in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within further period of 3 months from the date of receipt of the order. 5.
