In view of the aforesaid submission, and on the ground that the principles of natural justice were not followed, the impugned order dated 18.8.2026 is hereby quashed and set aside. 3. The Petitioner shall be afforded an opportunity of being heard by the FRRO on 23.09.2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the office of the FRRO, Panaji. Upon hearing the Petitioner, the FRRO shall pass an 16th September, 2026 2026:BHC-GOA:1868-DB 4 WP 1222 2026 appropriate order in accordance with law.
