For issuance of a writ/writs, order(s), direction(s) or writ in nature of “mandamus” directing and commanding upon the Respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner in the post of Sub- inspector/company Commander as per their qualifications in the light of Government policy decision vide letter no. 07/HOGO (Nyay)-19/2021-1727 dated 13.04.2021 (Annexure-3) issued under the 2026:JHHC:7006 2 signature of the Joint Secretary to the Government of Jharkhand addressed to Director General-cum-Commander General, Jharkhand, Ranchi in compliance of the order and judgment passed by this Hon’ble Court, subsequently the decision of the Government of Jharkhand, the petitioner is entitled to be appointed as per the direction of this Hon’ble Court and subsequently the decision being taken by the Government in this regard.” 2. Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned counsel representing the respondents. 3. Learned counsel representing the petitioner very fairly submits that exactly similar issues were decided by the Coordinate Benches of this Court in W.P.(S) No.1743 of 2022 (Anil Kumar Ram & Ors. Vs. The State of Jharkhand & Ors.) and W.P.(S) No.683 of 2023 (Rajendra Paswan & Ors. Vs. The State of Jharkhand & Ors.), vide orders dated 28.08.2023 and 06.12.2023 respectively, whereby the claim of those petitioners had been rejected. He further submits that those writ petitioners approached the Division Bench by filing Letters Patent Appeal being L.P.A. Nos.328 of 2025 and 641 of 2023, which were also rejected by a common order dated 11.03.2026. 4. Considering the submission that the issue raised by the petitioner is similar to the issue which has already been decided and answered against those petitioners in W.P.(S) No.1743 of 2022 and 683 of 2023, as well as in L.P.A. Nos.328 of 2025 and 641 of 2023, 2026:JHHC:7006 3 this writ petition is also covered with the orders passed in the above- mentioned Writ Petitions and the corresponding Letters Patent Appeals, thus no relief can be granted to this petitioner. 5.
