By the present petition, the petitioners are seeking setting aside the notice dated 08/04/2026 issued by the respondent No.2. 2. During the course of arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are ready to repay the loan amount and according to them, only Rs. 50,000/- is outstanding. He would submit that the respondents may be directed to consider the case of the petitioners. 3.
