Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise all the contentions before the learned trial court with a prayer that the interim order granted on 21st February, 2025 may be extended for short stay so as to make the submissions before the leaned trial court. 2. Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 has opposed the granting of protection even for a short period. 3. The court has considered the submissions. 4. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 5. However, the interim order on 21st February, 2025 shall remain effected till 17th April, 2026 prior to that the petitioner shall raise the contention and move an application for recall of warrant. Learned trial court shall decide the same in accordance with the law. The interim order granted by this court shall stand vacated on 17th April, 2026. 6. Petition is disposed of. 2 7.
