We quite see that the petitioners have made applications for grant of Caste Certificates as belonging to “Halba Scheduled Tribe” and if such applications are made before the competent authority, we expect the authority, i.e. the Sub Divisional Officer, Katol, to decide the claim in accordance with law. 4.
