This application for grant of regular bail arises out of Daudpur P.S. Case No.199 of 2025 registered for the offence punishable under sections 115(2), 118(1), 109, 103(1) and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023. 3. The petitioner and others are accused of killing and injuring three persons. 4. The petitioner is said to have assaulted one of the injured with a knife causing four injuries, out of which, three injuries have been found to be grievous in nature. 5. Considering the nature of allegation levelled Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.5687 of 2026(4) dt.25-03-2026 2/2 against the petitioner and also his participation in the crime, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is rejected.
