The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ichagarh PS Case No.15 of 2025, for offence registered under section 8,15, 18 and 46 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, pending in court of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, at Seraikella. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that false allegations are made against the petitioner of cultivating poppy plants in the forest land. She further submits that even the land is not belonging to the petitioner and the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent as disclosed in paragraph no.20 of the petition. 4. Learned State counsel opposes prayer and submits that allegations are there of cultivating poppy plants in the forest land. 5. Considering that the land belongs to the forest department and the same is not belonging to the petitioner and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent as aforesaid, and in the attending facts and circumstances of the present case, the petitioner, above named, is, hereby, directed to surrender before learned court within two weeks from today, and learned court shall release the petitioner, above named, on such terms and conditions as well as sureties as the learned court may deem fit and proper. 6.
