Shri Alok Daga, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has approached this Court seeking challenge to the interim order dated 13.11.2025 passed by the 2nd Additional Judge, Small Causes Court, Nagpur below Exhibit 14 in Regular Civil Suit No.163 of 2023. The aforesaid suit was filed by the respondent (original plaintiff) thereby seeking possession of the tenanted premises from the petitioner-tenant on the ground of arrears and bonafide need. Learned counsel Shri Alok Daga tenders across the bar the possession receipt dated 17.07.2026, whereby the dispute was amicably settled between the parties and the petitioner-Tenant has handed over the vacant and peaceful possession of the tenanted premises to the respondent-Landlady. The aforesaid possession receipt is taken on record and marked as ‘A’ for identification. 3. In view of above settlement, the challenge in the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous and accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of as infructuous. No costs. (RAJ D. WAKODE, J.)
