The present application has been filed by the applicants with a prayer for advancing the hearing of the connected writ petition being WP(C) No. 430 of 2024, which was directed to be listed on 23-11-2026. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants submitted that all the applicants are all retired persons and they filed the writ petition for issuing a direction to the respondents to release their pensionary benefits.
