10.02.2026 Sl. No. 61 g.b. Court No.15
W.P.A. 29921 of 2025
Bengal Solar Solutions Vs- The State of West Bengal & Ors. Mr. Hemanta Kr. Das Mr. Nepesh Majhi ……For the Petitioner Mr. K. M. Hossain Syed Nasivul Hossain ….For the State It is the grievance of the petitioner that pursuant to a work order dated March 12, 2025, issued by the Pradhan, Harua Gram Panchayat, the petitioner installed solar lights within the said Gram Panchayat area. However, his legitimate dues have allegedly not been paid. It appears that the petitioner submitted a representation dated November 18, 2025, before the Block Development Officer, Suti-I Development Block, respondent no. 6, seeking payment of his legitimate dues. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the said representation has not yet been considered.
In view of the aforesaid, this Court finds no justification to keep the writ petition pending. Accordingly, WPA 29921 of 2025 stands disposed of with a direction upon the Block Development Officer, Suti-I Development Block, respondent no. 6, to consider the petitioner’s representation and to take necessary steps in accordance with law. If, upon such consideration, the petitioner’s claim is found to be genuine, appropriate steps shall be taken for release of his legitimate dues. The aforesaid exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of communication of this order. WPA 29921 of 2025 stands disposed of accordingly. ( Kausik Chanda, J.) 2
