learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No. 295/2025 registered u/s-126(2), 127(2), 118(1), 109(1), 352, 351(2), 303(2), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (B.N.S), 2023 (corresponding sections 341, 342, 324, 307, 504, 506, 379, 34 of Indian Penal Code (I.P.C), 1860), pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M, Dhanbad.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that false allegations are made against the petitioner of hitting 50 times by way of sticks, that is on waist and back side. He further submits that there is no injury on waist and back side, the injury is found to be on head and the allegations are made against Babu Pasi and Brajesh Pasi of hitting by Axe on head.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the injury has been found.
5. Looking into the contents of the FIR, it transpires that the Axe assault was made by Babu Pasi and Brajesh Pasi and the allegation

made against the petitioner of hitting 50 times by stick on waist and back side, however, the injury was not found on waist and back side. In the attending facts and circumstances of this case, I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on the event of his surrender / arrest, he shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty-Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount of each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M, Dhanbad, in connection with Jharia P.S. Case No. 295/2025, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 482(2) of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
7. This Anticipatory Bail Application is accordingly allowed and
disposed of.
