Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following relief (s) :- BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN Digitally signed by BALRAM PRASAD DEWANGAN 2 “10.1 To call for the entire records of the case of the petitioner from the respondent authorities for kind perusal by this Hon’ble Court. 10.2 To issue a writ in the nature of certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 01.03.2017 (Annexure P-1). 10.3 To direct the respondent authorities to register the petitioner’s Center in accordance with law and to pass such other orders as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit under the facts and circumstances of the case in favour of petitioner against the respondents. 10.4 Pass any other relief/order or direction, as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and in the circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice, along with cost of the proceedings.” 2. Learned State counsel submits that petitioner has tendered her resignation from service, which was accepted from the date of its receipt i.e. 19.02.2008 vide order dated 01.08.2017. He also contended that according to his instructions he has received today, license of petitioner is also renewed for a period of five years from 29.01.2022 28.01.2027, therefore, nothing remains in this petition for adjudication. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that she could not able to contact the petitioner. 4. I have heard learned counsel for parties. 5. Challenge in this writ petition is to the show cause notice (Annexure P- 1) dated 01.03.2017, wherein petitioner has been treated to be an employee of State Government and had been issued a notice to show cause as to why she is running nursing home even after rejection of her application to practice and to run nursing home. 3 6. As the resignation tendered by petitioner while in service was accepted from the date of application and further that documents, which is placed on record by the learned counsel for respondents to show that the petitioner’s license has been renewed for a period of five years from 29.01.2022 to 28.01.2027, which shows that she is practicing, therefore, nothing remains for adjudication in this petition. Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. However, petitioner will be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings if any grievance subsists. Sd/- (Parth Prateem Sahu) Judge Balram
