This Court, on 04.08.2026, directed the learned Counsel for the petitioner to take out notice to the 2nd respondent. On 18.08.2026, learned Counsel for the petitioner reported that, in obedience to the docket order, dated 04.08.2026, they have tried to cause notice on the 2nd respondent, but it was noticed that the 2nd respondent expired. Today, when the matter is called, learned Counsel for the petitioner reported that, as the 2nd respondent expired, the Criminal Revision Case may be closed as no further adjudication is necessary. Recording the above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Revision Case No.14 of 2015 is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
