Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the appellant, after making brief submissions, concedes that there would be no illegality in the order of learned Single Judge but submits that the representation as may be made by the appellant in pursuance of the liberty granted by the learned Single Judge be directed to be decided by the Municipal Corporation within specified time frame.

Having regard to the limited prayer, we dispose of the appeal by providing that in case any representation is made in pursuance of the liberty granted by the learned Single Judge, the same shall be considered and decided by the Municipal Commissioner, Nagar Nigam, Dehradun
