Learned counsel submits that the petitioner was granted regular bail vide order dated 22.05.2024, Annexure P-2, however, he could not appear before the trial Court on 24.02.2026, on account of he having met with an accident. His non-appearance was neither intentional nor deliberate but due to the aforesaid bona fide reason, however, faced with the fact that the present petition is not maintainable, he withdraws the same to surrender before the trial Court. 2. Ordered accordingly. In case, the petitioner surrenders within 3 days, he be released on the same bail bonds.
