(ii) Any other order which this Hon’ble Court deems just and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioners. (iii) Cost of the writ petition may also be awarded in favour of the petitioners.” [2026:RJ-JP:10246] (2 of 2) [CW-738/2026] Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very outset, has made a limited submission that the learned Board of Revenue, Rajasthan, be directed to decide the applications filed by the petitioner before finally deciding the appeal. It goes without saying that once an application has been filed, the same will be duly considered and decided by the learned Board of Revenue, Rajasthan, strictly in accordance with law and in terms of applicable procedure. Thus, no order deserves to be passed for directing the learned Board of Revenue to perform an act which it is otherwise obliged to undertake to ensure compliance of law. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition so also pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of. (ANUROOP SINGHI),J JAYANT KUMAR /28
