The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- “(I) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 to provide the Police protection to the petitioner against the respondent nos. 4, 5, 6 and 7 so that she may spend her normal life safely and peacefully.” 4. On the last date, State was directed to assess the threat perception upon the petitioner. 5. On instructions, learned State Counsel would submit that the private respondents were called upon by the Police and they have given the undertaking they have never extended any threat to the petitioner and in future also, they will not give any threat to the petitioner. 6.
