1. The petitioner has filed this instant CRMP with the following prayer:
“ It is therefore most respectfully prayed before this Hon'ble Court as under:- i. That, the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition under section 528 of B.N.S.S. 2023 filed by the petitioner. ii. The Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to further modified the M.Cr.C. No. 2804/2026 imposing one surety and personal bond to the petitioner for furnishing the bail application before trial court, in the interest of justice. ”
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the instant CRMP has become infructuous, as the petitioner has already been released on bail in pursuance of the order by this Court.
