The Court made the following Order:-
The present writ petition is filed seeking a limited prayer to direct the respondents to number the suit filed by the petitioner, seeking declaration and recovery of possession of the agricultural land situated in R.S.No.32, to an extent of Ac.2.03 cents, and in R.S.No.78-1 A2, to an extent of Ac.1.03 cents, situated at Yendapalli Valasa Village, Padmapuram Panchayat, Araku Valley. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that, as the case pertains to a dispute between Scheduled Tribe and non-Scheduled Tribe persons, the suit has been taken on file and the same has been transferred to the Special Deputy Collector (Tribal Welfare), Paderu, under Rule 11(4) of the Agency Rules, for disposal in accordance with law. 3. In view of the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Special Deputy Collector (Tribal Welfare), Paderu, to number the suit and dispose of the same, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. there shall be no order as to costs.
