Ojha, A.P.P. ----- Oral Order 02 / Dated : 04.02.2026 Heard learned counsel for the parties. The petitioner named above has been made accused in connection with Gooda(T) P.S. Case No. 68 of 2025 (N.D.P.S. Case No. 03(A) of 2025) for the offences registered under Sections 22, 25, 27A and 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. pending in the court of the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Godda. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that small quantity of brown sugar (1.89 grams) was seized from one Rishu Kumar and the name of the petitioner has come up on the basis of the confessional statement of said co-accused. Nothing has been seized from the petitioner and the said Rishu Kumar has already been granted bail by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in B.A. No. 4716 of 2025. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Court below.
