JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, petitioner seek the following reliefs: “a) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to disburse to the Petitioner her lawful share in the death benefits of Late H K Basavaraju, Strictly in terms of the judgment and decree dated 08.10.2025 passed in O.S.No.7679/2019; b) Issue a writ of mandamus directing the Respondents to consider representation of the petitioner dated 17.11.2025 produced at Annexure-A and grant appointment on compassionate grounds to the Petitioner, as a Legal Heir of Late H K Basavaraju; c) Grant such other relief/s as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity.” 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the respondents and perused the material on record. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:21899 WP No. 12317 of 2026 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that her representation at Annexure – A dated 17.11.2025 submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by them nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of present petition. 4. Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said representation. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondent is hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider her representation at Annexure – A dated 17.11.2025 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
