Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a lorry driver, who is facing harassment at the hands of the respondents police. Seeking a direction to the respondent police, not to harass him, this Criminal Original Petition is filed. 3. Learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is a history sheeter in H.S.No.212/2014 and having 18 previous cases.
