By the present Interim Application, the Applicant seeks further extension of time of two weeks to comply with the order dated 28th July, 2026. 2. Learned counsel for the Applicant submits that as additional remarks were received from Sangli Agriculture Produce Market Arya Chavan 1 of 2 2026:BHC-KOL:8956-DB 903-IA-1450-2026.doc Committee on 7th September, 2026, and from individual members on 10th September, 2026, which were not anticipated, while seeking the previous extension, further extension of two weeks be granted. 3. The application is opposed by learned counsel for the Respondent/Original Petitioner. He submits that the order was to be complied with within a period of two weeks, and one extension of two weeks has already been granted. 4. Considering that the additional remarks were received on 7th September, 2026, and 10th September, 2026, by way of indulgence, a further extension of two weeks is granted to comply with the order dated 28th July, 2026. It is made clear that no further time will be granted. 5. Interim Application is allowed in the above terms. 6.
