3. LEGAL AID The Court made the following: ORDER:
Heard Sri Manubrolu Srinivasa Rao, learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Sri A.Sai Rohith, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor.
2. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the charges having already been framed by the learned Trial Court upon due consideration of the material available on record, the stage of discharge stands eclipsed, and consequently, no application seeking discharge would be maintainable thereafter.
3. Taking note of the aforesaid submission and upon consideration of the material placed before this Court, this Court finds no warrant for interference in the impugned proceedings.
4. Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed. However, having regard to the nature of the case and in the interest of ensuring a fair, expeditious and efficacious administration of criminal justice, the learned Trial Court is directed to accord priority to the matter and make every endeavour to conclude the trial at the earliest, preferably within a period of one year from

the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The learned Trial Court shall thereafter submit a compliance report to the Registrar (Judicial) forthwith. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
