Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing for the State. 2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Sector 12 P.S. Case No. 146 of 2025, registered for the offence under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 117(2), 118(1), 118(2), 352, 3(5) of the BNS, pending in the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Bokaro. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a labourer working in the KMV Project, Sector 12 where the floor tiles have been stored. He submits that informant has been instigating the petitioner to steal some of the floor tiles and when the petitioner has refused the same the false allegation is made against him for attempting to snatch of his mobile phone. He submits that there is no injury. He next submits that petitioner is having no criminal antecedent which is stated in paragraph 10 of this petition. Neutral Citation No. ( 2026:JHHC:12427 ) 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer and submits that the allegation against the petitioner of snatching the mobile phone is there. 5. Considering that since the petitioner is a labourer and the informant has instigated the petitioner to steal the floor tiles which he has refused. Prima facie it appears that in retaliation case is lodged against the petitioner and in that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions as the learned Court may deem fit and proper. 6.
