Shalu" (Under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act) pending in the court of Family Judge Kotdwar, District Pauri Garhwal to the competent Court at Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar. 4. Learned counsel respondent/husband appearing submits for that the the respondent/husband has no objection if the original suit is transferred to the competent Court at Kashipur, District Udham Singh Nagar. He also submits that the concerned court be directed to decide the suit expeditiously in a time bound manner. 5. In view of the above, present transfer application is allowed.
