2. The Rajastahn Civil Services Appellate Tribunal Jaipur through its Registrar. ----Respondents For Petitioner(s) : None present For Respondent(s) : None present HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE INDERJEET SINGH Order 30/06/2026 This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the judgment dated 08.10.2001 passed by the Rajasthan Civil Services Appellate Tribunal, Jaipur. Grievance of the petitioner is that the respondents have denied the selection scales to him from the date of his initial appointment. The appeal filed on behalf of the petitioner before the Tribunal was dismissed on the ground that the initial appointment of the petitioner was for a limited period and his selection was not as per the Rules. Later on, after clearing the examination, the petitioner was regularised and from the date of the regularisation, the selection scale was awarded to him.
[2026:RJ-JP:23958] (2 of 2) [CW-1909/2002] I have perused the order passed by the learned Appellate Tribunal. In my considered view, no illegality has been committed by the tribunal in dismissing the appeal filed on behalf of the petitioner. In that view of the matter, this writ petition stands dismissed.
