The petitioner is an accused in connection with Potka P.S. Case No. 03/2024. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have sexually assaulted the victim by luring her into the house of his cousin brother. 4. It appears that the victim was aged 5 years 9 months at the time of the incident. 5. Learned A.P.P. submits that out of 09 charge-sheet witnesses, 05 witnesses have been examined. The victim who has been examined has supported the allegations levelled against the petitioner. 6. In view of the above, therefore, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
